We are looking for motivated, dynamic individuals who will contribute to the store operation by providing excellent customer service and great product quality within the guidelines and standards set by Fat Chicken.

To join us as an In-store team member you’ll need to be:

• Able to work quickly and with a sense of urgency
• Able to accurately handle orders, cash and card transactions
• Able to communicate verbally, to be understood and the ability to remain courteous and polite, at all times
• Be service driven and ready to go the extra mile for our customers

You will also have:

• A good level of English
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, basic keyboard skills
• Confidence in approaching and dealing with diverse groups of people

It would be an advantage (but not essential) if you have:

• Experience in a service environment and previous experience in a casual dining environment
• Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
